Reservations & Deposits

Event requests & inquiries regarding date availability can be made
by contacting our Events at info@celestialcaferi.com

We do not require a deposit, however we kindly ask for your consideration in providing us
with a minimum of one week notice of any cancellation.

Event Payment

Payment will be due in full upon the conclusion of your event (unless you have prepaid)
and will be based on your final guest count, confirmed via email, 1 week prior to your event.

We accept all major credit cards and may accept personal and company checks with prior approval.

We require a $3.00 per card multi-swipe charge if requesting separate bills
to cover credit card processing fees

An 8% RI food tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to your final bill.

Menu Selections

For any event greater than 15 guests, we ask that you choose from one of our Party Packages

If you are planning a bereavement collation, please view the packages for Bereavement

Children up to age 12 will be charged half of the package price.
All children are also welcomed to choose instead from our Children’s Menu

All Event Packages are served either ‘family style‘ (guest count over 15)
or ‘buffet style‘ (guest count over 30) and
we have a wide variety of selections available, including desserts and cocktails.
(We do include a $1.50 per person additional charge for requested bread service,
as well as a $2 per person fee for customer provided desserts)

Please notify us if any of your guests have a severe food allergy.

Room Capacity

The comfortable seating/serving capacity of our main dining room is 60-65 guests
and the comfortable seating/serving capacity of our cedar room is 35-40 guests.

Decorations

We encourage you to make your event as festive as possible!  Please feel free to decorate for the occasion and if you need a gift/display table please let us know and one will be provided for you.

If you need to arrive ahead of time to decorate for your event,
this will be available to do during the hour prior to your event.

We ask that you refrain from using tape on the
walls, artwork, doors or lighting fixtures to avoid damage.  Please use paint-safe adhesive options.

Please note, we do not allow any decorations that include flames, live animals,
glitter, confetti or confetti-like material
We will impose a $50 cleaning fee to any event using glitter, confetti or confetti-like material.

We also reserve the right to refuse any décor that may be considered offensive by other patrons.
