Eight ounce beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry and drizzled with a demi glaze made with Rhode Island Mushroom Co mushrooms, served with whipped S&P Gardiner potatoes, and a local vegetable mix.

Local lobster tossed with peas and thick house made pasta noodles in sherry cream sauce, then topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.
