South County honey, pickled S&P Gardiner beets & radishes, butternut squash, shaved Wojnar Farm green beans, Reynold’s Farm goat cheese, and DuTemple Brook Farm greens.
Spring rolls filled with S&P Gardiner scallions, carrots, Wojnar Farm green beans, Laurel Hill pea shoots, tapioca pearls and ginger soy sauce.
Sweet pea consommé with soft polenta made from Kenyon’s Grist Mill yellow corn and Narragansett Creamery cheddar served with crispy onions, topped with your choice of:
1) Seared Local Sea Scallops
2) Horseradish Braised Pat’s Pastured Pork Roast
3) Sautéed Farming Turtle Mushrooms & Schartner’s Farm Kale
Mitzpah Farm rhubarb and S&P Gardiner ginger-honey parsnips with a homemade Jack’s Caboose kettle corn cobbler crust topped with ice cream made with Pat’s Pastured eggs and Rhody Fresh cream.
