FRENCH ONION SOUP

S&P Gardiner Farm onions in veggie broth with a hint of Marsala, topped with Narragansett

Creamery sharp cheese, served with crispy Casey Farm beet chips

 
 

CHOPPED KALE SALAD

Chopped Terra Verde Farm kale with pickled Schartner’s Farm baby vegetables

& red onions, a Pat’s Pastured egg, Fairland Farm dried cranberries,

fresh mozzarella from Narragansett Creamery and

Celestial’s smoked garlic olive oil dressing

 
 

HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK BUNS

Freshly made buttermilk biscuits filled with your choice of smoked pork shoulder or sautéed

Pioppino mushrooms, served with a spicy micro greens mix,

red onions and Aquidneck Apiary honey infused with pickled mustard seeds

 
 

MINI MEATBALLS & VEGGIE RAVIOLI

Pan seared then tossed in Aquidneck Apiary honey & balsamic glaze with

S&P Gardiner Farm onions, served on a bed of

Laurel Hill Farm micro pea tendrils with scorched tomato puree

Ground grass-fed beef meatballs from Sanford Farm

Chef Mel’s house made cookies served with eggnog gelato made fresh from
